DESI CHILLY CHICKEN RECIPE


We are too much conscious about desi chilly chicken. We have only been having chilly chicken for the last some years of life and it’s only like our beloved appetizer to demand when we go out. We constantly had the best chilly chicken at shaded bars and hotels .might be it is not allowed somewhere but an ice-cold glass of beer and chilly chicken make the deadly combination ever.

And like so many of desi restaurant choices, so we decided to re-form this at anywhere so that it recalled of that taste.

Desi Chilly Chicken at home with some easy steps

Fried chicken: Now we Start by burning bite-sized pieces of chicken in a batter made with all-purpose flour, cornflour, and some flavor. This batter should be thick so that it coverings the chicken finely. We can use boneless or with bone, skinless chicken thighs because they have more tasty and endure juicy once they are shallow fried. But we also positively used chicken breast. Chicken breasts make for thicker pieces. The chicken is fried on high heat (approx 250-300F ), for approx 10-12 minutes until the outer covering is a deep first-class fried on both sides.

We really required to do is and repeat twice the mixing for the sauce, use 1 cup water, and all-purpose flour and after that just continue with the recipe as follows.
